Design for Phenom's talent CRM system
Introduction
A candidate's profile page contains all the information about him or her. But in order to make a quick and accurate decision regarding a candidate at the first stage of screening and sourcing, our recruiters needed a preview mode on the main candidates page.

Wireframes
I started the design process with low fidelity wireframes.
I tested different varieties of layout options for the panel sections, while creating and maintaining an intuitive experience.
Version 1
A panel that can expand, in order to allow the recruiters to choose how much information to see.
I have darkened the table behind to better focus on the panel.
Version 2
In this version the panel presents all information in a wide format.
The table behind was not darkened so recruiters could navigate from it and see its data.
Final Version
This version emphasizes the AI-generated fit score. Also included in the fit score section is the candidate's recruitment status.
Main UX solutions

By giving the user all the info they need and all the actions they need in order to make an accurate decision.
Emphasize AI
By giving it a large area of the preview panel.
Enhance and improve the experience
Redesign all the candidate’s preview on all pages of the system. This way making the UX/UI consistent.
